We mainly work across the Valencian Community,
but we also travel for special events and private gatherings abroad.
An Outdoor Fire Pit Is Ideal
That’s where the wood fire feels most natural.
If needed, we bring our own equipment, paella pans and live-fire setup for the appetizers.
A nearby table, running water and access to electricity help everything flow naturally.

Cleaning Service
When The Meal Ends, We Take Care Of The Finish Too
Once the experience is over, we clean the cooking area and pack everything away,
so you can stay with your guests and enjoy the rest of the day.
If the celebration continues afterwards using additional tableware or equipment,
that part would fall outside this service.

Every Detail Around The Rice Matters
Appetizers and starters are served using PAELLÓ’s own serving pieces.
Individual tableware — plates, glasses, cutlery or table linen — is usually provided by the host.
If needed, we can also help you arrange a complete tableware solution for the event.
